Accreditation
The main objective of the accreditation systems is to determine whether or not a training provider has the capacity to provide high quality education and training against specified unit standards and qualifications. If the ETQA is satisfied that the training provider does have this capacity, then they accredit the provider usually for a particular period of time.
Accreditation is important because it provides learners with an assurance that the accredited training provider complies with the required standards of learning and assessment services. Training participants are assured of a quality learning and assessment services and that the credits and qualifications they achieve after the training will be nationally and internationally recognised.
